The One Where Ass Met Floor

Okay, so I had a pretty embarassing moment today (well to be pedantic, or to a certain someone, "gumwad", it was actually yesterday, seeing as it's 2:30AM Thursday morning right now), right?

My brother had a day off work, so he decided to take me shopping. Now, an awesome thing about having an older brother is that eventually, you guys get to the point where you stop bickering with each other, and he starts looking out for you. In my brother's case, since he got his job, he's been really cool when it comes to buying me clothes and such. If not buying, then advising on which sneakers I should buy next.

Anyways! We decided to go out to Parramatta for lunch and shopping. Now when we left the house, it was really freakin', lotion-meltingly hot. But, almost as soon as we got out of the car, it bloody starts pouring. OMGWTF? Gotta love Australian weather. Oh, I love it as much as I love Shakespeare. Anyways! Freak weather aside...

Onto the embarassing moment. Fonz and I were walking to the restaurant, right? In the middle of a torrential downpour, this isn't the most practical thing in the world. As we cross the road, I spot an ominous looking puddle on the other side. Yeesh. Estimating the puddle to be too deep for me to cross normally, I decided to hop over it. Now, in the middle of a torrential downpour, this isn't the most practical thing in the world, neither. By the time I realised this, it was too little, too late. End result: ass, meet floor. Floor, meet ass. But me being me, I just laughed it off and shrugged. Hey, it's what I do. Because that's how I roll! (Yes, you. That was for YOUR benefit.)

Anywho, shopping was cool, except for PSC not having my size for both the Blue/Black & Blue/Yellow Nike Pro Dunk SB. Dangnammit! I seriously need a new pair of Dunks; I haven't bought a new pair of shoes since the HSC! *inhale, exhale* Okay, sneaker addict has officially left the building.

Seeing as it's now 2:40 in the AM, and I need to be at Blacktown by 10:30AM, I best be gone to catch some zzzz's. Hopefully I can use Friday as a pure chill-out day; I so need one. Speaking of needs, I need to start my driving lessons again! Four hours worth of driving does not a P-plater make. Anyways, later days!

END COMMUNICATION.
