Hello, children. I'm new to this whole Multiply thing, and wouldn't be here if a certain someone didn't keep pushing me to get an account. *AHEM* Wonder who?
Anywho! Welcome to my ever so boring site. It's just like my MSN space, but less detailed. Oh well, I'll make sure to spruce it up sometime in the near future. With me being back home and not having school for the next two months, I'm sure to need a side project to keep me occupied. As such, this shall be it.
In other news, I'm finally back home. As usual, I miss the old country again. It's worse now because all the other times that this happened, I had school to keep me busy and help me get over it. Alas, with high school over, I have nothing to keep my mind off things. But I've always found writing to be therapeutic, so hopefully it can be the Panadol to my Phils-sickness. *crosses fingers*
We'll start with my trip home. This might actually be a bad place to start; I've got a vile and repulsive image of NAIA at the moment. Well, only the check-in counter area, but still. Freakin' passengers that don't even have reservations for the flight! And the check-in people were stupid enough NOT to tell them to move aside and handle the other RESERVED passengers first. We got to NAIA around 5:15PM, and since my flight wasn't until 8PM, we figured this would give me plenty of time after check-in to hang out with Mich and say a proper goodbye. BUT, thanks to the wonders of PAL, I didn't finish checking in until 7:30PM. Oh, by the way, boarding started at around 7:15PM. SONOFABITCH! So yeah, end result: I didn't get to say a proper goodbye to Mich or Tita Cel. Dangnammit.
Anywho, the flight itself wasn't bad. I've noticed that the flight home from the Phils is always shorter than the flight to the Phils. Maybe it's 'cause there always seems to be a movie showing on the flight back, but in any case, it was a pretty short trip. And this is after only getting two hours of sleep throughout the flight as well. I guess it's also 'cause I'm always still a tad emotional on the flight back.
Sometime in the future, I'm looking to finish off the superblog I wrote about my tenure in the old country. Once that's done with, I'll post some excerpts here and some on MSN. Oh, and I'll add a bunch of photogs sometime soon as well; I've got a crapload from my awesome, awesome trip. Anyways, later days!
