The One with the Retrovision

What it do?

So, I'm supposed to be taking notes for Psych right now seeing as I napped through the lecture this AM, but then I found this site. I remembered a bulletin posted on MySpace a whiles back talking about what it was like growing up in the 90s, and it was awesome to look back at all the things I used to find COOL back in the day. As such, my notetaking plan went kaput, and I'm now going to spend my twilight hours listing as many enjoyable shows from the 90s as I can remember. GIANT thanks to Retro Junk!

  • 2 Stupid Dogs
  • 90210 [ahh, i was SUCH a dweeb.]
  • Action League NOW! [ESH!!! i used to LOVE this show.]
  • Action Man
  • Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog [AWESOME intro song.]
  • American Gladiators
  • Animaniacs
  • Arthur
  • The Addams Family [loved THIS. one of my favourite shows as a kid. yes, i was a dork.]

  • Becker
  • Beetleborgs [BIG, BAD, BEETLEBORGS!]
  • Beetlejuice
  • Biker Mice From Mars
  • Captain Planet [my God, he was a loser. and i was probably a bigger one for liking the show. OOTS!]
  • CARTOON NETWORK [the reason this is in caps is because IT WAS THE SINGLE GREATEST THING ON TV WHILE I WAS GROWING UP. i would wake up at an unGodly hour, even on weekends, just to watch as much of this channel as possible. then i'd remember that the cartoons don't start until about 7 or something, so i would go back to sleep. once again, HOORAY FOR CABLE!]
  • Casper and Friends
  • CatDog
  • Centurions [AWESOME 80s show that i used to love watching in the phils.]
  • Chip 'N' Dale
  • Courage the Cowardly Dog
  • Cow and Chicken [cartoon cartoons! ]

  • Eek! the Cat
  • ESPN SportsCenter [da-na-nun! da-na-nun!]
  • Family Matters [urkel!]
  • The Flintstones [old, but they used to have reruns on CN]
  • Full House
  • The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
  • G.I. Joe [fonz and i used to have the BEST g.i. joe collection. you know, before i broke all the toys 'cause i'd use them for wrestling. and people say i was a brat growing up. ]
  • Gargoyles
  • Ghostbusters
  • Ghost Writer [he's a ghost, and he writes to us! ...ghost writer.]
  • Hey Arnold!
  • I Am Weasel [hooray for cartoon network!]

  • The Jetsons [see flintstones.]
  • Johnny Bravo [ESH!]
  • The Jamie Foxx Show
  • Kablam!
  • Kenan and Kel
  • Lamb Chop's Play Along [i was THISCLOSE to leaving this out just 'cause it's so embarassing, but it just wouldn't be the 90s if i couldn't relive the memories of the countless times my brother called me gay for watching lamb chop as a kid.]
  • The Little Lulu Show [oh, LULU!]
  • Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman
  • The Magic School Bus
  • The Mask [SSSSSSSSSSMOKIN'! LOVED this show.]
  • Maskman [before power rangers, THIS was the epitome of totally reeking awesomeness whilst wearing tight, brightly-coloured spandex.]
  • Melrose Place
  • Men In Black [ahh, cheez tv.]

  • Now and Again
  • Party of Five
  • Pepper Ann [hooray for saturday morning cartoons on channel 7!]

  • Pinky and the Brain
  • Pokémon [nothing more needs to be said about this. pokemon was the shizznit.]
  • The Powerpuff Girls [laugh. laugh all you want. this show was COOL on cartoon network.]
  • The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest
  • Richie Rich [again, cartoon network reruns.]
  • Rocket Power
  • Rocko's Modern Life
  • Rugrats
  • Rupert The Bear
  • Secret Squirrel
  • South Park [in 1998, south park was the coolest thing to hit television. it made swearing for the sake of swearing FUNNY. i didn't even have to get the joke to laugh, as long as they swore during the episode.]
  • Spider-Man: The Animated Series [i think i just shat myself. i used to FIEND for this show as a kid.]
  • SpongeBob SquarePants

  • The What-A-Cartoon Show
  • Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?
  • Wild C.A.T.S. [used to think of it as an x-men rip-off, but i still used to LOVE it.]
  • WWF In Your House/Monday Night Raw/Superstars [because it just wouldn't be a childhood if it didn't involve old-school wrestling.]
  • X-Men [schweeeeeet.]
  • Yogi Bear [yup, cartoon network re-runs.]

Best. Procrastination. EVER. There's a shitload of things I've left out (more shows, music, movies, fads, toys, etc.). Maybe I can save them for the next time I sleep through my lecture, which means there's a good chance of me blogging again REAL soon. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the Bulletin I Was Born to Do

What it do?

Ever since I was a little kid (I think it started when I was about eleven or twelve), I've always been a tad uberdramatic. Chalk it up to an excessive amount of time spent watching TV shows and movies, but I've always had a flair for blowing things out of proportion and making everything seem like a big deal, the way they seem during big moments in a show or movie.

The biggest thing for me's always been the soundtrack to the show/movie; I love it when certain songs not only suit the scene they're played in, but they actually also enhance the effect of whatever's happening. I've always pictured big moments in my life happening with certain songs playing in the background.

As such, I finally found the bulletin I was born to do. Here's hoping my seven or eight years of thinking about this very topic serves me well.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Opening Credits: Zero 7 - Futures / Ennio Morricone - The Ecstasy of Gold
  • Both are good ways to set the early scene. They just both carry that "something big's going down" sense.

Waking Up Scene: A Tribe Called Quest - Can I Kick It?
  • Nice. Chilled. A little bit lazy. The desire to spend more time relaxing. All things that remind me of getting out of bed.

Car Driving Scene: Guns N' Roses - You Could Be Mine
  • Chose this 'cause it seems to fit my driving style like a glove: reckless as fuck. Plus, puts me in the mood to drive faster.

High School Flashback Scene: The Ataris - In This Diary
  • Always reminds me of the Clean Rodriguez days, when no one gave a shit and we'd be rolling down the stairs and doing crazy random shit all afternoon long.

Nostalgic Scene: Johnny Cash - Hurt
  • Perfect for a pensive mood.

Bitter, Angry Scene: Nirvana - You Know You're Right
  • The sarcasm at the end of the verses works awesomely, especially since Kurt screams a long-winded "PAIN!" right afterwards.

Break-up Scene: The Used - Blue and Yellow
  • Picture this: you just broke up with a girl you really love. You start to walk away, but then you start listening to "your song" on your iPod. As soon as it gets to the good part, you start running back to her, hug her from behind, and as she cries, you tell her you love her.

Regret Scene: Death Cab for Cutie - Title and Registration
  • My favourite song. "There's no blame, for how our love did slowly fade. And now that it's gone, it's like it wasn't there at all. And here I rest, where disappointment and regret collide."

Nightclub/Bar Scene: Fat Joe feat. Lil' Wayne - Make it Rain / T.I. - What You Know / Jim Jones - We Fly High
  • Any of these songs would be mad for a club scene. Throwing money around and making it rain in a club? Pointing to your crew and asking them what they know about that? "BALLING?" Hells yeah.

Fight/Action Scene: Eminem - 'Till I Collapse
  • Gets me so AMPED! Perfect hype-up song.

Lawn Mowing Scene: Modest Mouse - The World at Large
  • I pictured a lawn mowing scene as being chilled and relaxed, with nothing much happening, so I chose this song.

Sad, breakdown scene: Imogen Heap - Hide and Seek
  • I was about to choose something else seeing as this song was already used perfectly on The O.C., but I couldn't resist. I loved the slowdown effect. Beauty in the breakdown, ja?

Death Scene: Death Cab for Cutie - Your Bruise / Death Cab for Cutie - Bend to Squares
  • I originally had Transatlanticism here, but I remembered how ethereal Something About Airplanes was, and decided to go with these two.

Funeral Scene: Staind - So Far Away
  • I mean this in the least morbidly suicidal-sounding way possible, but I've always wondered about which song would be perfect for my funeral. Like, I want something that tugs right on the heart strings, but isn't too cheesy and doesn't have any bitter/spiteful undertones (wow, ironic). My choice usually changes like every month or so, but recently I've stuck with this song. It's melodic enough to get people going, and the lyrics are pretty positive-sounding as well.

Mellow/Pot-smoking Scene: Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M. / A Tribe Called Quest - Vibes and Stuff / Shade Sheist - Where I Wanna Be
  • Now we're talking. I would've put Mary Jane by Rick James, but Friday already used that in Smokey's weed scene. But hey, these songs capture the "chilled out, nothing doing" vibe that I'd want in my weed scene.

Dreaming About Someone Scene: Something Corporate - She Paints Me Blue
  • Lyrics complement the dreaming of someone theme. COP OUT RESPONSE, WHAT UP?!

Sex Scene: A Tribe Called Quest - Electric Relaxation
  • I wouldn't want a sex scene to be uberdramatic, actually. So I went with something FLY.

Contemplation Scene: Jay-Z - Regrets
  • A good contemplation song, I reckon. It's got the whole "yeah, you done fucked up, but you've gotta let that shit go and just move on" vibe going for it.

Chase Scene: TRUSTcompany - Downfall
  • A onehundredandninetyone second dose of adrenaline.

Happy Love Scene: Imogen Heap - Goodnight and Go / Bloc Party - This Modern Love / The Postal Service - Such Great Heights
  • Love doesn't get much happier than with Imogen playing in the background. This Modern Love's pretty cheerful as well, so that gets a mention. Such Great Heights gets it 'cause Ben specifically described it as a fresh approach to a love song: instead of the sappy, downer stuff he'd been writing, it was rejuvenating to write a HAPPY love song for once.

Happy Friend Scene: Modest Mouse - Float On
  • Float On has that "everything's gonna be alright" vibe for me, so it'd be good for a happy friend scene. We can all just chill, 'cause it always turns out alright in the end.

Closing Credits: The Beatles - Come Together
  • Yup, I'm egotistical enough to ask everyone to gather round and take a moment to come together for me after it all ends.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

FUCK YO COUCH, that took longer than I expected. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the VICTORY!

What it do? To Johnny Drama and Viking Quest, thanks for the title.

In the immortal words of Dr. Perry Cox, "I. AM. BULLETPROOF!"

  • Culture, Identity and Education - 66, Credit
  • Social & Developmental Psychology - 69, Credit
  • Life Science Advanced Seminar 2 - 81, Distinction
  • Learning & Physiological Psychology - 82, Distinction
  • Research Methods 2 - 83, Distinction

Term WAM - 76.875

Overall WAM - 78.000

After possibly the laziest semester ever, I feel so relieved about my results. Granted, I could've done a little bit better to get a couple of HDs, but hey, I'm not complaining about these. These are AWESOME for me, seeing as I only needed a Credit average.

I'm just happy that after a tremendous amount of sleeping in lectures, skipping classes, two day pre-exam cramming sessions, in-class NBA score-checking, in-class texting, being LATE to my lectures and other assorted forms of procrastination (and possibly, somewhere along the way, being SLIGHTLY nervous), I still somehow managed to pull these out from somewhere.

Funny: RM2 was the course I worried the most about, 'cause to me, the topics and ideas were just hard to get my head around. So naturally, it was my highest mark. Along the same lines, I heard Social & Developmental Psych was supposed to be the easiest course for this Semester. So again, naturally, it had the worst mark out of my core courses. OH! Sense-making express! Not that I went BAD in it; just struck me as funny that I did better in the other courses. Then again, RM2 was mostly maths, and seeing as I represent Math League, when I add, shorty subtract.

Anyways, over and out.

The One with the Bumps, the Bruises, the Blisters and the BALLING!

What it do?

Wow, I actually have a sufficient level of energon cells for posting an entry. I've gotten into this rhythm where if something happens, the first thing I do is think of blogging, and blogging-related phenomena (titles, jokes, etc.), but I'm so tired tonight, that I might just keep things short.

Annewhoose, I needed something to snap me out of the semi-funk I've been in lately, so today I decided to do something that didn't involve self-pity and negative self-attributions. Apparently, physical activity has an ameliorating effect on the body's stress levels. (Ahh, Psychology.) As such, basketball it was for today then.

Before playing ball, Mike and I stopped by at the RTA to pick up a bunch of Green P-plates. He told me to just run in and grab them quickly, 'cause he was double-parked. So naturally...I took a ticket and waited for ages. Le sMART. He walked in a while later and told me you're only supposed to wait if you don't have your Ps yet.

RU TRIPPIN?

KTHXBAI

Anywho, the playing of the ball itself. It was fun, a good two to three hours worth. BUT! It just made it much more PAINFULLY obvious that I am ridonculously unfit. Puffed the fuck out after like drills and shootarounds. To the point where we lost to two KIDS whose lives we SO could've destroyed. We lost. Mike, a rep player. And me, skills-of-a-backyard-player-but-egotistic-like-a-rep-player. Granted, we both played pretty crappily, but still. KTHXBAI.

On to the fun part. My body's aching right now, probably as a byproduct of the whole unfitness extravaganza. Let's see, from three hours of playing, I: got cramps in both legs, got hit in the nose, got POPPED in the mouth, had a slightly bad knee clash, have blisters on my feet, have a random bruise on my arm aaaaaand got corked in the thigh (too much me being able to bend at the knees without my thighs hurting).

And now, to do all of it again for most of the next two weeks.

Aaaaand, I'm looking forward to it. As much as it hurts, it's the good kind of hurt. It's just good to be playing ball, in general. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the Gentle Hikings

What it do?

Apparently, "rambling" can be defined as a "gentle hiking." Word?

O RLY?

YA RLY

SRSLY? NO WAIS!

R U TRIPPIN?

KTHXBAI

But I digress. For the first time in a while, I'm in a rambling mood, simply as a means of putting down some of the more random things swirling about in my psyche. I looked back at the last couple of times that I've done this kind of entry (wow, all the way from Year 12), and I doubt I'll have as much to write about this time around. I just really need to put my mind to somewhat-constructive use at the moment. Annewhoose, on with it.

  • For the last couple of hours or so, I've just been reading through my old blogs, both on Multiply and MSN. I don't know what I'd do if I lost my MSN blog; it's had my life in snippet form for most of the last two-and-a-bit years. I have a slight tendency to hoard things even when I don't need them anymore; I don't know if my old entries count, but taking a look back at what was going on back then is always...something. (I was about to write "fun" here, but I realised that a lot of the time I just do it for reminiscing's sake.)
  • Flashback, circa May 29, 2005: "I'm also a completely different person when I'm alone and when I'm interacting with someone else, either through the phone or in person or on the net or whatever. I'm just different. I consider myself normal when I'm with other people. I don't like myself when I'm alone. I just start thinking way too much, and at least if I'm with someone else I can keep my mind off the stuff I usually overanalyse. But when I'm alone, I can't help but start thinking, which gets me confused and pretty mentally shaky. Borderline unbalanced. I hate it."

Still true, two-plus years down the track.
  • Blogging, for me, has this weird therapeutic effect. It's not the deep, artistic, epic unburdening type of relief, but just a sense of being able to put in concrete terms the usually abstract/irrational/nonsensical stuff that "gently hikes" around my brain.
  • I'm happy that I've gotten back into a rhythm of blogging fairly constantly. Along with a neverending stream of Friends episodes, it's currently keeping me sane.
  • Currently on a Death Cab trip. Over three hours, four albums. Ahh, Ben Gibbard.
  • Flashback part deux, circa February 10, 2007 (funnily enough, the last time I ramble-blogged): "Fuck MySpace. I have a decidedly anti-MySpace stance, 'cause it's just such a waste! Populated by scene kids and such. It annoys me, to no end. Oh well."

Funny what can change in five months, huh?
  • Speaking of MySpace, I've been so indecisive about my profile song for the last couple of days. One of the reasons I wanted to get a MySpace was just being able to play ATCQ on my page. But since I've had it (a couple of days or so), I've already changed my song around four BILLION times. Okay, maybe about six or seven times, but whatever. I'm currently settled on Title and Registration, but it's a bit of a cop-out 'cause it's my favourite song. I'm betting on me changing back to Shh sometime tomorrow, or possibly You Could Be Mine. I wanted to put Estranged, but I couldn't find the song. Pity.
  • I hate MySpace politics.
  • Results this Wednesday. Let's go, Credit Average! I'm a bit more optimistic about getting Cs for my Psych subjects, seeing as I went pretty well in most of the assessments, and the exams were all a lot easier than I expected. Life Science is looking to be the wild card at the moment; I have NO idea how I went in anything, thanks to the nature of the course. If I fail Life Science and have to do it again next semester, I'm going to cause damage to many an inanimate object.
  • I love Friends. But you already knew that much.
  • I'm a lot lazier than I thought I was. I figured a week into my holidays, I would've gotten a BIG move on in my FFXII-ing. But so far it's been limited to about five or six hours worth of playing time, 90% of which I spent doing marks and retracing my steps to figure out where I was up to before I stopped playing last April 'cause of Uni. Also, I thought I'd try and get some exercise, but so far, that's also been a no. *shrugs*
  • In the words of Chandler Bing, "Oh yeah, I'm a gym member. I try to go four times a week, but I've missed the last...twelve hundred times."
  • Monica: Honey, the Miami Vice Soundtrack? Really?
Chandler: They were just giving those away at the store...
    [Monica stares]
    Chandler: ...in exchange for money.

Sonofabitch, turns out I DID write a fair bit. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the Comparisons with the Ones From That Show

What it do?

Ahh, Friends marathons. Such an easy way to kill a day. Without any hyperbolic overexaggerreaction whatsoever, I think I've seen every single episode about ten BILLION times each, to the point where I (usually) know the episode's jokes inside and out, in chronomalogical orders.

Throughout the three years worth of endless DVD repeats, I started to realise that I had something in common with each of the main six, in one way or another. Some people relate their personalities to one specific TV character, but it's more fun with a whole ensemble. Anywho, on with it.

  • Ross: fascination with science/math; love for DINOSAURS (BIG BIG similarity); bad luck with women ("Three divorces! Three divorces!"); inability to flirt ("If it makes you feel any better, I happen to like eight-year-old boys."); somewhat exaggerated rage issues ("You threw my sandwich away? MY sandwich? MY SANDWICH?!"); ALWAYS has to be right; doesn't know when to shut up (Ross' trademark habit); brief drug experimentation period; excessive neuroticism/trust issues; excessive whining
  • Rachel: materialism; being spoiled; usually self-absorbed; lack of culinary skills ("She made half an English trifle and half a Shepherd's Pie!"); supposedly the same birthday
  • Phoebe: random eccentricities; general airheadedness/childishness; animal rights (although I do love my meat); flakiness
  • Joey: naivety; Scarface poster; basketball fanaticism (tenuous, as Joey tends to like all sports equally, and not just basketball); loyalty and devotion to friends ("If I had to, I'd pee on any one of you!"); immaturity ("Playing a little PlayStation, huh? That's wack. PlayStation is wack! Sup with the wack PlayStation, sup?!")
  • Monica: obsessive-compulsive disorder (VERY MUCH SO.); obsession with people-pleasing (again, very much so); excessive competitiveness; tendency to sing "Yummy, Yummy, Yummy, I've Got Love In My Tummy"; problematic drunk ("Your little Harmonica is HAMMERED!")
  • Chandler (ahh, saving the best for last): I relate to Chandler the most out of the whole cast. Being questioned over sexuality (Chandler: "If I were a guy...Did I just say, 'If I were a guy?'"; Mart [from AAAAGES ago]: "I can admit when another guy is hot."/"Mart's a fag lol" *cough*); sarcasm (Chandler: "Could [noun(s)] BE any more [adjective]?"; Mart: "OH! Not enough [insert true remark here]!/Too much [insert false remark here]!"); immaturity ("Pheebs! Play with meeeeee!"); tendency to be the immature one when it comes to relationships; inability to correctly pronounce onomatopoeia ("WHAPAH!"); dorkiness/geekiness around girls; tendency to mock other people, but unable to take punishment when it's dished back; sarcasm as a defense mechanism ("Okay, that's like the least fun game ever.")

Ahh, blogging. Such an easy way to kill a night. Anyways, over and out.

My empire of dirt

johnny cash - hurt

i hurt myself today, to see if i still feel. i focus on the pain, the only thing that's real. the needle tears a hole, the old familiar sting. try to kill it all away, but i remember everything.

what have i become, my sweetest friend? everyone i know goes away in the end.

and you could have it all. my empire of dirt.

i will let you down. i will make you hurt.

i wear this crown of thorns upon my liar's chair, full of broken thoughts i cannot repair. beneath the stains of time, the feelings disappear. you are someone else, i am still right here.

what have i become, my sweetest friend? everyone i know goes away in the end.

and you could have it all. my empire of dirt.

i will let you down. i will make you hurt.

if i could start again a million miles away, i will keep myself. i would find a way.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As emotionally charged as it sounds, it's just been stuck in my head for the last week or so. It's good for pensive moods.

Ahh, good old Johnny. Cash, this time around. I've had enough of other Johnnie. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the Random Lyrics

"I'm the young city bandit, hold myself down single-handed
For murder raps, I kick my thoughts alone, get remanded
Born alone, die alone, no crew to keep my crown or throne
I'm deep by sound alone, caved inside, a thousand miles from home
I need a new nigga for this black cloud to follow
'Cause while it's over me, it's too dark to see tomorrow..."

-- Nas - The World is Yours

"For now, it's just a big dream,
'Cause I find myself in the place where I'm last seen
My thoughts must be relaxed, be able to maintain
'Cause times is changed and life is strange
The glorious days is gone, and everybody's doin' bad..."

-- Wu-Tang Clan (Ghostface Killah) - Can it Be All So Simple

"Constant war, several threats of enemy conquest
Crooked cops comb my complex building that's in the rumble
Streets are like a jungle, can't let my cipher crumble
Vivid thoughts, devils resort to trick knowledge
They kick garbage, lust for chicks and quick dollars..."

-- Wu-Tang Clan (Inspectah Deck) - A Better Tomorrow

"Quest the people's choice, we thrive it for the spirit
If you can't hear it, then get the wax utensils
Write my rhymes straight up, don't get with no fancy stencils
The rhymes we get is sweet, we stay away from tart
Our perfection is at work, perkin' up the art
If you want to battle, I suggest you check your clock
Your demise is comin' up, and I want your man to watch..."

-- A Tribe Called Quest (Q-Tip) - Verses From The Abstract

"Niggas, take off your coats
Ladies, act like gems
Sit down Indian-style as we recite these hymns
See, lyrically I'm Mario Andretti on the Momo
Ludicrously speedy, or infectious with the slow-mo
Heard me in the 80s, JBs on the promo
On my never-ending quest to get the paper on the caper
But now, let me take it to the Queens side
I'm takin' it to Brooklyn side
All the residential Questers to invade the way
Hold up a second, son, 'cause we almost there..."

-- A Tribe Called Quest (Q-Tip) - Award Tour

"The wackest crews try to dis, it makes me laugh
When my track record's longer than a DC-20 aircraft
So, next time that you think you want somethin' here
Make somethin' deffer, take that garbage to St. Elsewhere..."

-- A Tribe Called Quest (Phife Dawg) - Award Tour

What it do? Fell into a lyricistic mood after listening to Illmatic. Was just supposed to put The World is Yours, but I decided to hunt around for other stuff just to keep it cool. Anyways, over and out.

The One with the ACTUAL Buggin' Out

What it do?

This entry is brought to you in part by pizza, Coke, testosterone and a currently elevated mood.

Annewhoose. The guys just left about ten to fifteen ago, after watching the last game of the Origin at mines. Pretty good to hang out with the boys again, just being rowdy and shit while watching football. My knowledge of the game went about as far as "SHORTS LOL," but I still got my kicks out of seeing people get knocked the fuck out. LOL at your sense of awareness!

It was a pretty weird day for me before everyone dropped by; I was feeling a bit iffy for most of the day (actually, since last night even). Not that I was in an angry mood, but I'd classify it as being pretty negative. (AHH EMO LOL! Harden the fuck up!) Then, as soon as everyone was here watching TV and being all guy-like, there was a pretty big shift in my mood. Even after they left, I was still feeling pretty uppity, to the point where my heart was racing, my thoughts were trying to outrace my heart, and my hands were actually shaking. WTF? LOL!

Anyways, hooray for what my EXTENSIVE psychological knowledge (sarcasm just in case it's not enough being obvious) tells me is a possible case of hypomania/cyclothymia, but what my senses tell me is more realistically a case of hypochondria/overreaction. I know self-diagnosis counts for jack, so I'm not trusting my EXTENSIVE psychological knowledge too much on this, but it might be something worth looking into later on. Possibly. *twitch*

In other news, hooray for too much playing FFXII. Oh, the amount of time I have spent playing! I should stop playing because my playing time's going up by too much! PHROAR!

Ahh, good old sarcasm. Anyways, over and out.

- marty..

ADDENDUM: I wasn't negative for the WHOLE day. Watching this would temporarily snap me out of my mood.

ADDENDUM PART DEUX: Okay, much better title.

The One with the Bringing of the Ruckus

What it do?

Wu-Tang Killa Bees! WE ON A SWARM! Okay, so I've been on a bit of a 36 Chambers spree for the last couple of days. I can't help it, the album's so fucking FIRE. I listened to it at least 2 or 3 times over the course of Wednesday to Friday. I sacrificed sleeping on the train Wednesday morning (even though I only got two hours of sleep) to listen to it. Addiction, mayne.

Annewhoose, what am I doing up at 3:09AM? Why, looking through MySpace bulletins using someone else's password, of course. I don't think I'll ever get my own MySpace, in keeping with my black sheep tendencies, so this is as close as I'll ever get. Anyways, without further ado:
