It's 5:30AM. I, Martin, your second-born son, am still awake due to a History and Systems essay.
If you happen to walk into my room and find me sitting there, lights off, tackity-tacking away on my laptop, please rest assured that everything is alright. I'm just trying to get this over and done with as quickly as possible so I can get some semblance of rest before the big twentyoneth birthday celemabrations.
If, however, you find me "asleep," please vacate the room as quickly as possible as I'm actually only pretending to be asleep, 'cause I'm shitscared of coming up with an excuse as to why I'm still awake. I know you guys always get worried when I nocturnalise and all, and I have to devote my mental resources to polishing off this crappy, crappy essay. If I've gone ahead and ducked under the pillows, please buy into the deception and walk back outside the room. Then and only then can I get back to half-arsing my assignment.

ADDENDUM: Tried to sneak into the bathroom ninja-style, to minimise noise. Right hand, meet bathroom door. Silent household, meet banging noise. Safe to say I won't be on TV for my ninja skeelz anytime soon.

Well i hope you finished you essay early so that you can get some sleep. Uni is a cruel monster for stealing our precious sleep. I think Uni is monster friends with Gamblor =( That's pretty bad news. Gamblor is a really bad influence on ANYBODY!
Well I'm shat tired despite clonking out earlier than I thought last night haha. Sorry for not replying.
